How long is the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is 60-75 minutes.

What should I bring to my initial consultation?

To get the most value from the initial consultation complete and return your intake form 48 hours in advance. Bring any pertinent medical records, test results, and current supplements.

Do I still need a Primary Care Physician?

Yes. We do not provide acute or urgent care services and we do not replace the services that your current medical team provides. We provide a stand-alone service.

Does your office take insurance?

We do not accept insurance or Medicare for our consulting services. Providing you with best quality care requires special attention, educational resources, communication, and time that is not covered by insurance companies.

How does the lab testing work?

Blood work is done either at your insurance provider's prefered local laboratory or in the comfort of your home or office with a mobile phlebotomist who will come to you. Functional labs tests other than blood work are typically done at home with a kit and clear instructions we provide you with. Payment is made directly to the lab to ensure access to the lowest price possible.

How much should I budget for lab testing?

In most cases your insurance can be billed for standard lab testing. The functional lab tests we use are often partially covered by PPO insurance plans. Payments, when required, are made directly to the lab. On average, you should budget between $200-$1000 for functional lab tests.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept check, major credit and debit cards. We usually also accept HSA and FSA accounts but please check with your Human Resources department to make sure.
