Preheat the broiler.
Drizzle oil over lamb chops and rub to coat them.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, and dried rosemary, and season both sides of the lamb chops. Rub spices into chops.
Move the lamb to a broiler pan, and broil for 8–10 minutes. Flip once during cooking. When done, lamb should be only slightly pink in the center. 10 Minutes
